Party Game Cluster
The team behind PARty Game Cluster
Reverse Stickman
Overview: Party Game Cluster is a collection of AR games (five, precisely) made in Unity and Vuforia, for the second year of university, for Dream Reality Interactive.
Role: Producer, Gameplay Designer, Programmer
Duration: 6 months.
Engine: Unity + Vuforia
Acquired skills: I learnt how to use the Vuforia plug-in for Unity. I learnt how to create an augmented reality game, meeting every point of the brief, which required replayability and easy tutorials without text. I learnt how to procedurally generate an environment and how to randomise the position of the objects in the game. I learnt how to co-ordinate a team and how to design games that are meant for the augmented reality experience.
Improved skills: I improved my knowledge of Unity and Vuforia.
Areas for improvement: The final version of the game was made as expected, and more or less, everything that was planned, was implemented. The only regret for this project is that we were not able to implement all of the games, but instead we focused on two of them: Ghost Town and Reverse Stickman.
What I'm proud of: Thanks to a great planning and target audience research, the team developed an ambitious project and was complimented by the client itself.
